Casa Blanca consists of 20 apartments units – 18 one bedroom, one bathroom units and 4 two bedrooms, one bath units. All the apartments feature tile floors, new Energy Star air conditioning, dual-pane Energy Star windows, covered parking, and a coin-operated washer and dryer. This property was completely remodeled in 2013. We do not accept pets at Casa Blanca.

How much is the security deposit?
Your deposit will be based on your credit history and the condition of the unit you choose.
For individuals with good credit, $400.00 is the average deposit. Most deposits are equal to less than one month’s rent.
Military personnel with decent credit can have deposits as low as $200.00 (the average military deposit is $400.00).
Non-military individuals with very bad credit can expect a deposit as high as two months’ rent with $1,000 being the average for very bad credit individuals.
We do not except individuals with evictions on record.
How much is the rent?
Rents vary based on which apartment complex you are interested in, as well as the condition of the unit, and your credit score.
We do offer specials and other programs. For example, an individual with good credit who signs a year lease may qualify for a reduced rent.

- Hazelwood $775.00 (two bedroom)
- California $725.00 (two bedroom), $595.00 (one bedroom)
- NorthWood $895.00 (two bedroom)
- Casa Blanca $695.00 (two bedroom), $525.00 (one bedroom)
What are the qualifications?
To qualify for an apartment, the household income should be around three times the monthly rent. For example, if the rent is $500 you will have to make around $1500.00 per month as monthly income. You will need to bring proof of your income such as pay stubs or any type of statement that can verify your income. We do accept some Section 8. We do not accept anyone with evictions or landlord collections.
What about laundry?
Hazelwood, California and Casa Blanca have on-site coin operated machines. Northwood has washer and dryer hook-ups for your machines.
Water and trash are included in the rent. We also have a low-cost Wi-Fi at Hazelwood Apts. You will need to get your own electric, gas, and TV.
We can provide all the utility phone numbers for easy setup. Average utility bill for gas is $10.00, and PG&E is $70.00.
Do you require a lease?
No. We do not require a lease. In some cases, we will offer lower rent if you will sign a year lease.
What type of military benefits do you offer?
There are several military benefits.
When you provide the contact information for your commander we will enroll you in the “easy qualify plan.” This plan lets us accept lower credit scores and reduced deposits.
Most military deposits are as low as $200.00 and much as $50.00 off the monthly rent! When you are away on deployment we will reduce your rent to HALF for as long as the unit is vacant!
What is your pet policy?
We allow pets at 250 Hazelwood; the Hazelwood Apartments is our only pet-friendly building.
We require an additional security deposit and pet rent based on what type and size of pet:
- Dog deposit is $600.00 per dog under 40lbs & pet rent is $75.00 per month.
- Dog deposit is $800.00 per dog over 40lbs & pet rent is $100.00 per month.
- Cat deposit is $100.00 per cat & pet rent is $30.00 per month.
Cats MUST be spayed or neutered.
Dogs MUST be friendly.
Owners MUST clean up after pets.
